How does billing work?
You are billed monthly based on usage. At the end of each month, we calculate your total based on submissions processed, quotes requested, and other activities. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no monthly minimums, setup fees, or long-term contracts. You pay only for what you use.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is charged when we process a document packet for extraction. This happens once per intake, regardless of how many carriers you route it to.
What counts as a quote?
A quote is charged when we submit to a carrier portal on your behalf. If you submit to 5 carriers, that is 5 quote charges.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Contact our sales team for volume pricing if you process more than 1,000 submissions per month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get $20 in credits to test the platform. No credit card required to start.
